Paul Thomas Anderson’s ‘One Battle After Another’ Gets an Official Trailer with Leonardo DiCaprio as Part of a Revolution

After a very mysterious teaser last week, Warner Bros. has shown us more from Paul Thomas Anderson‘s next film, One Battle After Another. An official trailer has dropped, setting up what easy looks like the biggest movie from PTA to date. An epic tale of revolution and likely more, it still is very mysterious, but with a lot to chew on as well.

The film is written and directed by Anderson, with the cast consisting of Leonardo DiCaprio, Benicio del Toro, Sean Penn, Regina Hall, Teyana Taylor, Wood Harris, Alana Haim, and Chase Infiniti. Notably, there’s still no official plot to report on, though rumors persist that it’s at least inspired by the novel Vineland from Thomas Pynchon. There’s definitely some similarities at play, though filtered through Anderson’s very distinct cinematic eye. One Battle After Another will be released in theaters on September 26th.
