The Oscars Will Feature a Tribute to the Music of the James Bond Franchise

Sometimes, timing is everything. Right as the James Bond franchise is on everyone’s minds again, given the sale of creative control from Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson to Amazon MGM last week, the Academy Award ceremony on Sunday is set to have 007 involved in a very interesting way. More can be found below.

According to Variety, the original songs of Bong are going to be paid tribute to during the Oscars. Details are scarce right now, but it will be a tribute of sorts as well to Broccoli and Wilson. However it winds up happening, the music of the 007 series is coming to the Oscar telecast. It should be exciting and a whole lot of fun, provided it’s done properly. Stay tuned to see.
