When it comes to the Mount Rushmore of stop-motion animation, Nick Park is right up there. His characters Wallace and Gromit are beloved, showing up in wildly embraced films throughout the years. Along with Merlin Crossingham, Park has directed the duo once again in a new movie, Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl. Dropping today on Netflix, it’s a perfect time to share my recent conversation with the duo.
Below, you can see my chat with Crossingham and Park. I was fascinated by everything involving their work with Aardman Animations, but specifically, I wanted to ask about staying true to themselves as the times change. With the latest flick, they actually have a really interesting answer about crafting the villain, Feathers McGraw. They’re lovely guys, who clearly love their work, and it shows in the final product. Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl is now streaming on Netflix, so if you love the pair, now is a perfect time to take in their newest adventure…
Here now is my interview with Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl filmmakers Merlin Crossingham and Nick Park. Enjoy:
