The 97th Oscars to Stream on Hulu

For the first time, the 97th edition of the Academy Awards will be available to stream live on Hulu and broadcast on ABC on March 2. Subscribers can also rewatch the show on the service the following day.

This was an expected piece of news after CBS announced that the 82nd edition of the Golden Globes will be available to simultaneously stream on Paramount+, in addition to the live broadcast on CBS, this January.

Conan O’Brien is set to host the ceremony for the first time, whose nominations are gearing up to be announced this January. We have already gotten a potential idea of what the awards season will look like with the Golden Globe nominations earlier this week, and the Critics Choice Association is set to announce theirs very soon. From there, the portrait of the Awards season will be much clearer than it is now.
