Today’s big precursor day includes the results from the Boston Society of Film Critics, which went big for Anora. It took Best Picture, Best Director for Sean Baker, Best Actress for Mikey Madison, and Best Original Screenplay. The only other films to two multiple prizes were The Brutalist and A Complete Unknown, with two apiece. The former took Best Cinematography and Best Score, while the latter took Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor for Timothée Chalamet and Edward Norton, respectively.
