Today is Election Day here in the United States. Americans are voting to decide on whether Kamala Harris or Donald Trump will be the next President of the United States. I’ve already gone on the record about where I stand here, but it’s truly a day that will be remembered in the history books. We have the opportunity not just to keep Trump out of the White House and remain a failed one term President, but elect Harris as well, shattering that glass ceiling. I’ll be a bundle of nerves, to be sure, but I really hope with all my heart that enough people want to turn the page and move on from the carnival barker and embrace a new generation and new kind of leader.
Myles and I are recording the podcast tonight while the returns will be coming in, so you’ll be able to hear us fretting on Thursday. Hopefully it’ll be amusing once the dust has settled, as opposed to a chilling document of where we’re headed. Time will tell. It’s up to all of us now, so strap in for the conclusion of this national nightmare.
I’ll be doing my part for the country, to keep it recognizable. I hope you will be doing the same….
