Whenever Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are planning to work together, it bears noticing. Especially now with their Artists Equity company, which resulted in Air, the potential is really something. Well, they might be teaming up again, alongside their Good Will Hunting director, for a fascinating film project.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Affleck and Damon are developing Killing Gawker with Gus Van Sant eyed to direct. Affleck would potentially play Hulk Hogan, while Damon would play Peter Thiel, who spurred on the wrestler’s lawsuit that took down the website Gawker. Charles Randolph has penned the screenplay. This is still early days on the project, but if it comes together, it could be something to watch out for. Stay tuned.
