As Quentin Tarantino gears up to shoot his final movie, The Movie Critic, which will star Brad Pitt, entertainment journalist Jeff Sneider reports that a major star is currently his interest for the upcoming film.
That major star is none other than Tom Cruise, who is said to be rearranging his busy schedule to appear in the movie to accommodate either a small role or a cameo. The actor is currently finishing production on Mission: Impossible 8 (which will have a different title than Dead Reckoning: Part Two) but reportedly wants to star in Tarantino’s film once his time in the final Mission chapter ends.
This piece of news should be taken with a MASSIVE grain of salt, but it’s certainly exciting to see that, if true, Cruise is willing to collaborate with Tarantino for his directorial swan song, which will likely be a cinematic event to remember.
