Paul Thomas Anderson’s Latest Movie Adds New Cast Members

Paul Thomas Anderson‘s latest movie adds new cast members, alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, and Regina Hall, who have already been confirmed as part of his cast, though descriptions of roles are being kept under wraps.

Joining the cast is Alana Haim, who made her acting debut in Anderson’s Licorice Pizza alongside Teyana Taylor, Wood Harris, Shayna McHayle, and newcomer Chase Infiniti. Once again, it is unclear who they will be playing, as none of the character details have been made public.

What we do know, however, is that the film is currently in production and will likely be released sometime next year, with Anderson also writing the screenplay alongside Sara Murphy and Adam Somner producing. If Anderson plays his cards right and the film is a hit amongst critics and audiences, it could also be a major awards player, just like Phantom Thread and Licorice Pizza were.
