Leonardo DiCaprio to Star in Paul Thomas Anderson’s Next Movie

Paul Thomas Anderson is gearing up to shoot his next movie at Warner Bros. with Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, and Regina Hall set to star. The film will begin shooting later this year, with Anderson also writing the script and Sara Murphy and Adam Somner producing.

The logline and title are being kept under wraps, but Deadline reports that it will be his most commercial project yet and will be set in contemporary times. Beyond DiCaprio, Hall, and Penn, the film is set to have an ensemble cast, but it is currently being set up.

Beyond that, not much is currently known about it, but it is certainly an exciting endeavor from one of the most acclaimed filmmakers working today and could be an Awards season darling whenever it is slated to release.
