Don’t Look for More ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ From Tim Burton

The Nightmare Before Christmas is an undisputed holiday classic. In fact, two holidays can claim it. So, that longevity and popularity have made it even more surprising that there haven’t been follow-up installments. Well, producer Tim Burton has recently spoken out about that.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Burton has shot down the notion of any prequels, reboots, or sequels. He’s good with just what we have, which is fairly rare in Hollywood. So, while the idea of more from The Nightmare Before Christmas might seem fun, as well as obviously profitable, Burton is not interested. Good for him.
