A24 Acquires ‘Sing Sing’ Out of TIFF

Another film acquisition has occurred at the Toronto International Film Festival. This time, it’s for the Colman Domingo movie Sing Sing, which got some very solid notices at TIFF. The distributor? Well, it’s one very familiar with the awards season game, which bodes well for the title.

According to Variety, A24 has stepped up to give the film a home. Sing Sing is planned to be released next year, so it’s a 2024 title, but likely one we’ll be hearing a lot more from. A ton more festival titles need to be purchased still, so look out for more of these in the days to come, as the fest comes to a close.
