A Teaser for ‘May December’ Releases Ahead of NYFF Premiere

After a successful premiere at Cannes in May, Todd Haynes‘ latest movie, May December, is about to make its way to the New York Film Festival before being released in select theaters in November. And we’ve got our first footage from the movie in anticipation of its release. Directed by Haynes and written by Samy Burch (based on a story by Burch & Alex Mechianik), the movie will star Natalie Portman, Julianne Moore, and Charles Melton as part of the main cast.

Here is the plot synopsis:

“Twenty years after their notorious tabloid romance gripped the nation, a married couple (Julianne Moore, Charles Melton) buckles under the pressure when an actress (Natalie Portman) arrives to do research for a film about their past.”

You can watch the trailer below and see the movie in theaters on November 17 before a Netflix release on December 1:
