After a Cannes Film Festival premiere, A24 has announced that Jonathan Glazer‘s latest movie, The Zone of Interest, will premiere in theatres on December 8. Written and directed by Glazer, the film is an adaptation of the book of the same name written by Martin Amis and stars Sandra Hüller, Christian Friedel, Medusa Knopf, Daniel Holzberg, Sascha Maaz, and Max Beck.
The plot synopsis reads, “The commandant of Auschwitz, Rudolf Höss, and his wife Hedwig, strive to build a dream life for their family in a house and garden next to the camp.”
