First Reactions From CinemaCon Call ‘The Flash’ “DC’s Best Since ‘The Dark Knight'”

A new film is about to change the landscape of the DC Universe, and the first people who had a chance to see it are already expressing their opinion through social media. The Flash was screened this week at CinemaCon in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the people who attended the screening have already shared their thoughts on Andy Mushcietti‘s upcoming blockbuster.

Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) is faced with a very difficult choice when he realizes that he can travel through time. Even if he can go and save his mom from the terrifying death that came upon her when he was a boy, doing so would make the present completely unstable, even getting to the point of re-writing history.

The process of exploring alternate universes and timelines can be difficult, and it will lead Barry to meet another version of himself (also played by Miller), and a version of Batman played by Michael Keaton, who is returning to DC for the first time in more than twenty years. Added to that, Ben Affleck is also coming back to play the Caped Crusader, after doing so in Zack Snyder‘s DC films.

There’s plenty of speculation to be held between now and when The Flash races to the big screen on June 16. When the multiverse is involved in any story, you never what to expect regarding what familiar faces will show up next. You can check out some of the reactions out of the first screening of The Flash below:
