On Tuesday, Marvel Studios released the first official teaser trailer for their next film, The Marvels. The 32nd MCU film installment is set for theatrical release on November 10.
Little is known about the overall plot of the film, but it is set to see the return of Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel, Kamala Khan/Ms, Marvel, Monica Rambeau, and Nick Fury on a cosmic adventure. The film is a follow-up to the 2019 film Captain Marvel, as well as season one of Ms. Marvel and WandaVision.
The cast includes Brie Larson, Iman Vellani, Teyonah Parris, and Samuel L. Jackson reprising their roles in this new adventure.
The Marvels will be director Nia DaCosta’s first project in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as well as her first since Candyman in the summer of 2021. Pulling iconic characters from the comics and uniting them in one big project–a project that follows up two popular streaming series and a $1 billion grossing movie–Marvel certainly has a recipe for success lined up this autumn..
