One of the movies that took home a prize at the 2023 Sundance Film Festival was the science fiction tale The Pod Generation. As such, many began wondering when they’d be able to see it. Well, now we have their answer, as it was picked up for release.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Roadside Attractions and Vertical Entertainment have acquired the movie. Starring Emilia Clarke and Chiwetel Ejiofor, it’s a sci-fi story about a period where AI has fully infiltrated our lives, including childbirth. Joey reviewed it here out of Sundance and now audiences in North America can check it out this summer, so look out for that.
