New Teaser Trailer Released for Todd Field’s ‘TÁR’

This morning, Universal Pictures released a new teaser trailer for their upcoming drama film, TÁR. Starring Cate Blanchett, the film focuses on composer Lydia Tár. An important figure in the world of classical music, Tár was the first woman ever to be a chief conductor to work with a major German orchestra.

Directed, written and produced by Todd Field (In the Bedroom, Little Children) the film is scheduled to be released in theaters on October 7th in the United States. The cast also includes Nina Hoss, Noémie Merlant, Mark Strong, Sophie Kauer and Julian Glover.
