New ‘Black Adam’ Trailer Drops At Comic-Con

A latest sneak peek at Black Adam has released online during DC’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con. Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, and written by Adam Sztykiel, Rory Haines, and Sohrab Noshirvani, the movie will star Dwayne Johnson, Aldis Hodge, Noah Centineo, Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari, Quintessa Swindell, and Pierce Brosnan.

During the Hall H panel, it was also revealed that Viola Davis will be reprising her role as Amanda Waller, last seen in HBO Max’s Peacemaker. This marks the first time the character appears in a DC title not related to the Suicide Squad.

Its plot synopsis reads: “Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods—and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world.”

You can watch the trailer below and see the movie in theatres on October 21:
