‘The Marvels’ and ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ Swap Release Dates

The Marvels and Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania has swapped release dates. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Quantumania is further into the production process, which led to Marvel deciding to switch out release dates, but there are rumors that the Disney+ series Secret Invasion has been delayed to early 2023, which could have a potential tie-in on The Marvels.

Nia DaCosta‘s Captain Marvel sequel, which will also star Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel and Teyonah Parris as Monica Rambeau, will now debut on July 28, 2023, taking Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania‘s place, with the latter now debuting on February 17, 2023. Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, Evangeline Lilly and Michelle Pfeiffer are all returning, with Kathryn Newton and Jonathan Majors appearing in the highly-anticipated Peyton Reed-directed sequel.
