New ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ Trailer and Poster Drop for the Super Bowl

The latest trailer for Sam Raimi‘s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness has released, during the Super Bowl. Written by Michael Waldron, and starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Elizabeth Olsen, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, and Rachel McAdams, the new trailer was a highly-anticipated one after the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home premiered the movie’s first look during its post-credit sequence.

The new trailer teases the return of Patrick Stewart‘s Professor X and the introduction of the Illuminati to the MCU. Though we don’t necessarily see Stewart, his iconic voice is immediately recognized. Additionally, a new poster premiered alongside the trailer which you can look at below (can you spot Captain Carter’s shield?):
