Awards Radar Podcast #63: Joey and the Gang Set the Stage for the End of the Cinematic Year

Welcome back to the Awards Radar Podcast. In each episode, Editor Joey Magidson (that’s me!) will be joined by some of the staff of Awards Radar to talk about the latest in film, television, and entertainment in general. The show will obviously have an awards season slant to it, but we won’t forget about other movies and shows, that’s for sure!

For episode number sixty three, I’m joined once again by Myles Hughes, Ryan McQuade, and Steve Prusakowski. This week, we get set for the final Oscar hopeful releases of the year, namely West Side Story and Nightmare Alley (both of which I’ll have seen by the time you hear this). Alongside that, there’s games, questions, and even a spirited discussion of Ridley Scott and House of Gucci. As always, it’s a good time…

As always my friends and faithful listeners/readers, I do hope you all enjoy the latest episode of the Awards Radar Podcast, our sixty third to date. Of course, feel free to revisit the previous installments by clicking the Podcast tab (here) on the top of the page. Plus, listen to us on Apple Podcasts (iTunes), Spotify, and other platforms. More to come each and every single week, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you for listening!

#63: Joey and the Gang Set the Stage for the End of the Cinematic Year

Listen to this episode from Awards Radar: The Podcast on Spotify.

Steven Prusakowski has been a cinephile as far back as he can remember, literally. At the age of ten, while other kids his age were sleeping, he was up into the late hours of the night watching the Oscars. Since then, his passion for film, television, and awards has only grown. For over a decade he has reviewed and written about entertainment through publications including Screen Radar and Awards Circuit. He has conducted celebrity and red carpet interviews with some of the industry’s biggest names. He is a graduate of RIT film program. You can find him on Twitter and Letterboxd as @FilmSnork – we don’t know why the name, but he seems to be sticking to it.
