Sony almost always has a lot of movies on their plate, with an endless array of them seemingly coming out around every corner. Now, we can add another promising title to that list.
Today, it was announced that Jennifer Lawrence will star in an upcoming film by the studio titled No Hard Feelings, directed by Gene Stupnitsky, whose previous credits include the hit comedy series The Office and Good Boys.
The story is set in the New York hamlet of Montauk and is described as having tones of Tom Cruise’s 1983 film Risky Business and Bad Teacher, the raunchy comedy co-written by Stupnitsky and frequent collaborator Lee Eisenberg that starred Cameron Diaz as a foul-mouthed instructor.
Because the film is in the early development stages, we don’t expect to hear any release date information anytime soon. Stay tuned to Awards Radar for additional updates.
