It has been two long years since the release of Joanna Hogg‘s The Souvenir, which followed a young film student in the early ’80s who becomes romantically involved with a complicated and untrustworthy man.
For quite a while now, fans of the original film have known that a sequel has been in the works over at A24 but up until now, there hasn’t been any sort of trailer for fans to watch, but now, there is.
Although plot details are being kept under wraps right now, fans can expect to see Tilda Swinton, Honor Swinton Byrne, Richard Ayoade, Charlie Heaton, Harris Dickinson, and Joe Alwyn to star in the film.

The Souvenir Part II is scheduled to be released by A24 in theatres on October 29, 2021.
