Awards Radar Podcast #21: Joey, Ryan, and Steven Talk Critics Choice, the Best Picture Race, and More!

Welcome back to the Awards Radar Podcast. In each episode, Editor Joey Magidson (that’s me!) will be joined by some of the staff of Awards Radar to talk about the latest in film, television, and entertainment in general. The show will obviously have an awards season slant to it, but we won’t forget about other movies and shows, that’s for sure!

For episode number twenty one, I was joined once again by podcast regular Steve Prusakowski, alongside semi-regular Ryan McQuade. Myles Hughes is away for a few weeks, but he does chime in at the top to let you know where he is. Then, we spend some time answering reader questions, addressing Valentine’s Day, going over the Critics Choice nominations, and a Best Picture scenario I’m planning to address more in an awards article on Friday. We pack a fair amount into a short period of time, especially while I was under the weather.
