Welcome back to the Awards Radar Podcast. In each episode, Editor Joey Magidson (that’s me!) will be joined by some of the staff of Awards Radar to talk about the latest in film, television, and entertainment in general. The show will obviously have an awards season slant to it, but we won’t forget about other movies and shows, that’s for sure!
For episode number fifteen, kicking off 2021, I was joined once again by podcast regulars Myles Hughes and Steven Prusakowski. This time around, 2021 was the main focus. Specifically, we looked at a number of films from my 2021 anticipated movies piece (here). Obviously, many are holdovers from 2020, but not all. It led to a fun back and forth, especially as we got to some, let’s call them…less than likely Oscar contenders. In particular, a moment or two led to my brain breaking, which Myles and Steve really enjoyed. I think you will too. As always, a really good time was had by all.
