The most successful franchise (box office-wise) in cinematic history is back, but this time, with it’s first original series, WandaVision.
WandaVision stars Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff, and Paul Bettany stars as Vision. Both became household names after starring in their first Marvel Cinematic Universe films, and became beloved instantly. So when it was announced that this show was happening, it made perfect sense that this would be happening.
The trailer itself was something totally different than what the world expects from an MCU film… action, fun dialogue, brilliant CGI, and this had that stuff, but it also felt like something totally new. It had that 50’s sitcom feel to it, and that says a lot about the direction that they’re going with it.
This will also be Marvel Studios’ first television show. They WandaVision is expected to stream exclusively on Disney+ sometime at the end of the year.
