We’re officially one week away from the Oscars, where Nomadland is expected to be the big winner, and it’s not showing much sign of slowing down, earning more awards tonight at the Dorian Awards.
GALECA: The Society of LGBTQ Entertainment handed out the Dorians at a virtual ceremony, with Nomadland earning prizes for Best Film, Best Director, and Most Visually Striking Film.
Other big winners included a 3/4 repeat of the SAG winners in the acting categories, with Chadwick Boseman, Youn Yuh-jung, and Daniel Kaluuya being joined this time by Carey Mulligan rather than Viola Davis. Could these be the four acting winners next Sunday night? We’re close to finding out!
